How do I contact my tutor?
Firstly, you need to be registered on Tuta-Me app. Once you register, you must alert a Tuta-Me representative who will then assign a tutor to you. That tutor will appear on your list of tutors allocated under "My Tutors".
Where will the lessons be held?
It is up to you and your teacher. We strongly recommend meeting your teacher for the first few times in a public place such as a quiet cafe or a public library or your school/university library.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes, we do what we can to avoid cancellation but it is done within a 24-hours cancellation policy.
